Paul Bocuse: more than a Chef, an Ambassador for the French cuisine

This name will certainly tickle your taste buds. Named as Cook of the Century by Gault and Millau in 1989, he received the Ordre National du Mérite, in 2004, as well as decorated as Commander of the Légion d'honneur.

In 2011, the Culinary Institute of America of New York maned it, Cook of the Century again, the ultimate recognition for his work who was not just focused in France but internationally.
